Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
CBT-I is a highly effective, short-term evidence-based intervention designed to help you overcome sleep difficulties and achieve restorative sleep. Research shows CBT-I is more effective than medication for treating insomnia in the long-term. CBT-I aims to help you develop sustainable sleep habits, manage insomnia effectively long-term, and improve your overall quality of life. A CBT-I episode of care is approximately 6 sessions, varying based on the individual.
Dr. Fedele has been providing CBT-I therapy since 2019. While working at the VA, she completed her VA certification in CBT-I.
